Full Job Costing System
A key result of using LandDev is that all Job Cost are being tracked and the system has many Job Cost reports. Budget to Actual comparison are a key benifit of using LandDev to create budgets, purchase labor and material, and manage payments to vendors. The Variance management system allows for tight tracking of cost overruns and change orders. The Job Cost Summary report is a high level job cost report showing budgets, variances, budget transfers, and payment information. This report also shows available dollars remaining to spend, which project managers find very usefull. LandDev is the 'System of Record' for all job costing data.
